Return / Exchange
The customer can cancel his order under the statutory right of withdrawal without giving reasons within fourteen days.
The revocation period is fourteen days, from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
Excluded from this are unsealed audio and video data carriers and items purchased at a festival, concert or pop-up store; also unsealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The processing of the return may take several days.
Please enclose our sample cancellation form with the return. This is not mandatory, you can simply enclose a note with the required data instead.
Costs of the return
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
Refund
A refund can only be made if we have received the goods back in perfect condition and the return was made in time. We do not take back washed clothing. We will refund the same way we received the payment.
Exchange
If you want an exchange, you can note it on our sample cancellation form. We are also happy to reserve the item in advance, just write us a short mail to info@shopservice.shop.
